Student Housing
University Student Housing, LLC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that offers WCU students alternative options for on-campus living and learning.
As a subsidiary of our Foundation, USH helps us support the mission of West Chester University by providing residence services that allow WCU to meet the needs and expectations of a growing student body.
USH’s “Affiliated” housing is operated separately from traditional housing, although Residence Life staff at each community is hired and managed by the University. USH manages six affiliated communities at WCU, which offer alternative living experiences for more than 3,000 resident students.
