First Resource Bank Supports Frederick Douglass Institute

First Resource Bank has generously awarded WCU Foundation $2,500 to support the Frederick Douglass Institute’s K-12 outreach programs. WCU Foundation is eligible as an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) under Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. The Frederick Douglass Institute runs educational enrichment programs throughout the academic year in Coatesville and Norristown Area School Districts.
